In this message, we look at four key areas where we can prepare the way for the Lord’s move in our lives: influence, lifestyle, generosity, and legacy. Through the story of John the Baptist, we see a beautiful representation of what it means to be a humble messenger, preparing the way for Jesus.
John’s life reminds us that our role is not to be the source of hope but to point others to Christ. Reflecting on influence, lifestyle, generosity, and legacy helps us honor God’s call to share His light in a world that needs it. We’re reminded that every step in faith may require digging spiritual “ditches” in obedience, even when the outcome seems uncertain. Yet, God promises to fill these ditches with His provision and blessings as we trust in Him.
